Tender Treasures guarantees all merchandise to be free of defect, and to arrive in good condition. We will replace the merchandise or refund your money if this guarantee is not met.

Return Policy:

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days. Any Items returned beyond 30 days will be donated to charity.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of invoice and sales drafts. When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If an item goes on sales before it is returned, you will receive the current sale price of the item. SALE ITEMS LISTED AS "NO RETURNS" ARE FINAL SALES.
